GOMEEP is a young company and is currently only available in Barcelona. Please check the terms and conditions to see if we deliver in your post code area. Do you want GOMEEP in your city? Send us a message through WhatsApp!
If you’re assaulted or the bicycle is stolen from your house we will make sure you will receive a new GOMEEP bike very quickly. We do require a police report and a fee of 240 euros for the bicycle. Please check the terms and conditions for further details.
Our contract can have a duration of a month if that’s your chosen subscription. If you’re on a plan with a longer duration, there are different terms and conditions.
You need to be over 18 years of age. Also GOMEEP requires a proof of residency in Spain. This can mean a NIE, a long-term rental contract, enrollment in a University or an employment contract in Barcelona. Further you need a method of payment, this can be done with Credit Card.
GOMEEP will give you a bicycle that is new or as good as new. This means that the product can have some usage marks and we ensure that is fully maintained and satisfies the highest quality standards.
Damages caused by normal wear and tear are treated free of charge. This includes flat tires, problems with the brakes, engine, etc.
When the damage is intentional we can charge up to the full price of the product.
When the damage is caused by an accident or a third party, the excess will be a maximum of €240.
